What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 90-day risk-free return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your frames or lenses, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.
Can I get prescription lenses in eyebobs frames?
Yes! We offer a variety of lens options including readers, progressive lenses, blue light blockers, and full prescription single-vision lenses. Simply upload your prescription during the checkout process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For custom prescription orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for our lab to precision-craft your lenses before shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
Every pair of eyebobs comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware, hinges, and frame integrity, but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What materials are eyebobs frames made from?
Our frames are primarily crafted from premium Italian acetate, which allows for deeper colors and greater durability than standard plastic. We also use high-quality stainless steel and spring hinges for maximum comfort.
