Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an instant credit to exchange your frames for a different style.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
